Kelly Huntsman

Vice President of Sales, ABC
1994 – Present

Kelly Huntsman has served many roles over the course of his expansive, 20+ year career at NCI. Initially hired as a Loader working the night shift in a Utah manufacturing facility, he now serves as the Vice President of Sales with our ABC brand. Kelly’s journey has led him to exciting and unexpected places, and along the way he’s distinguished himself as a proactive leader and invaluable asset to his team and to the company.

Spurred onward by his desire to win, Kelly has demonstrated a tireless work ethic and an unwavering determination that time and time again have enabled him to advance and assume increasingly demanding, strategic roles within the organization. Today, he is responsible for overseeing ABC’s sales and customer service efforts for the entire western United States. Read his story below:


Career Milestones:

  • Loader

    I started as a Loader on the night shift in the shop. After about three months, I switched to days. I moved across the manufacturing department over the course of the next six years, learning all the different areas of the shop.
  • Shipping Foreman

    For the last couple of years there, I served as the Shipping Foreman—after which I decided to give sales a try. I was transferred up to be an Inside Sales Coordinator with the ABC division, and I did that job for just about two years.
  • Regional Manager for Outside Sales

    At that point, I was presented with an opportunity to take on the role of Regional Manager for Outside Sales. I did that for the next eight-and-a-half years, covering Utah and the surrounding states.
  • Sales Manager

    Next I was promoted to Sales Manager in the Salt Lake City branch, where I covered the western United States. I spent another two years doing that, after which I was promoted to General Manager of Sales for the west for ABC, and I filled that position for three years.
  • Vice President of Sales

    In September 2016, I was promoted to Vice President of Sales for ABC. I am now responsible for managing profit and loss statements and sales for the ABC brand within the components division.
