Rose Lee has served as President and Chief Executive Officer of Cornerstone Building Brands since September 2021, joining its board of directors at the same time.
Prior to Cornerstone Building Brands, Rose was President of the DuPont Water & Protection reporting segment, where she led a diverse $5.6 billion business creating water, shelter, and safety solutions for a more sustainable world.
Previously, Rose held senior leadership positions at Saint-Gobain, serving the construction, transportation, energy, and defense sectors, and was Strategy Director and CIO of the North America region. Prior to Saint-Gobain, she held various engineering and management positions at Pratt & Whitney, now part of Raytheon Technologies, and was a Senior Consultant at Booz Allen Hamilton.
Rose is an independent board member of Honeywell and a former board member of Crown Holdings. In 2022, she was named to the National Association of Manufacturers’ board of directors, where she serves on its Executive Committee. She also served as the 2023 chair for the Manufacturing Institute’s Women MAKE America initiative. Rose is a member of the Policy Advisory Board for Harvard’s Joint Center for Housing Studies and serves on its Executive Committee. She also has served as a member of the Economic Advisory Council for the Federal Reserve Bank of Philadelphia.
Rose earned a Bachelor of Science in aerospace engineering from Cornell University, a Master of Science in mechanical engineering from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute and an MBA from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology.
