All submissions are subject to the 2025 ComfortSmart Savings Promo Rules and Regulations. This rebate offer is only applicable to residential consumers. Please ensure you have all of the requested information when completing the rebate form in order to receive your virtual VISA gift card in the allotted timeframe
Offer available through participating dealers only. Purchase must be made between July 1, 2025, and August 31, 2025 (11:59pm PST). Qualifying product purchases (as detailed below) will entitle eligible purchasers to an applicable Visa card (the ‘rebate’). Rebates will be mailed to eligible purchasers meeting the offer criteria within 9-16 weeks after Simonton Windows & Doors, Inc. (the ‘Sponsor’) receives and verifies the rebate submission. All Visa cards will expire 12 months after their issue date. Sponsor makes no representations about the tax impact of the rebate. Consult a qualified tax professional to understand your tax obligations. Rebates are available for the following products and/or combinations of products:
Qualifying window products: ComfortSmart windows.
Qualifying door products: Inovo and Premier Patio Door.
Please note: the availability of some of these windows and doors vary depending on geography. Maximum rebate per household is $300. Maximum rebate cards per household is one (1). To redeem the offer, an eligible purchaser must complete an online rebate submission form (including proof of purchase made between July 1, 2025, and August 31, 2025) at https://www.cornerstonebuildingbrands.com/customer-solutions/aperture-solutions/comfortsmart-rebate. Online rebate submissions must be completed in full before 11:59PM PST on September 20, 2025.
Requests from P.O. Boxes will not be honored or acknowledged. Cornerstone Building Brands (“Cornerstone”) reserves the right to audit accounts for compliance and to disqualify, in its sole discretion and decision, participants believed to be engaging in deceptive or fraudulent Rebate submissions. Duplicate, excessive or false submissions constitute fraud and may result in federal prosecution under the U.S. Mail fraud statutes (Title 18, USC 1341 and 1342). All submitted materials and Rebate submissions become the property of Cornerstone and will not be returned.
By completing and submitting the Rebate form, you acknowledge and agree to Cornerstone’s collection of your personal data in conformance with the privacy policy located at https://www.cornerstonebuildingbrands.com/privacy-policy. Further, you agree and consent to receiving email notifications or other communications via text, SMS and/or phone about special offers, events, new products and services from Cornerstone and/or their affiliates.
By submitting a Rebate submission, you agree to indemnify, release and hold harmless Cornerstone and respective affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees and agencies (collectively, the “Released Parties”) from and against any claim or cause of action arising out or in connection with the Rebate. You further agree that in any cause of action, the Released Parties’ liability will be limited to the costs of entering and participating in the Rebate and in no event shall the Released Parties be liable for attorneys’ fees, costs or damages. You waive the right to claim any other additional damages whatsoever, including but not limited to, punitive, consequential, direct or indirect damages. By participating in the Rebate program, you agree to release and hold harmless the Released Parties from any and all liability for injuries, death or losses or damages to persons or property AS WELL AS CLAIMS/ACTIONS BASED ON COPYRIGHT OR INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY INFRINGEMENT, MISAPPROPRIATION, PUBLICITY RIGHTS, DEFAMATION AND/OR INVASION OF PRIVACY.
Cornerstone reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel, suspend and/or modify the Rebate program, or any aspect or part of it, for any reason whatsoever, including if any fraud, technical failures or any other factor beyond Sponsor’s reasonable control impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the Rebate. Cornerstone reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual who tampers with any element of the Rebate or to be acting in violation of these Rules or in a disruptive manner. Any attempt by any person to deliberately undermine the legitimate operation of the Rebate program may be a violation of criminal and civil law, and should such an attempt be made, Cornerstone reserves the right to seek damages from any such person to the fullest extent permitted by law. By participating, you agree to all terms of the offer. All decisions regarding the interpretation of the Rebate terms and/or rules lie solely with Cornerstone, whose decisions are final and binding. You are responsible for any and all taxes and fees. Cornerstone is not liable for injuries or losses arising from or resulting from participation in the Rebate program, and is not liable for events or errors by employees or any acts or omissions of employees, whether negligent or willful, in the conduct of the offer. Cornerstone reserves the right to substitute prizes or modify or cancel the Rebate program for any reason at any time, with or without prior notice. Additional exclusions may apply.
