To verify your purchase, please provide your ClearWin Order Number and your Distributor Invoice Number, along with a copy of your invoice. If your ClearWin Order Number is not listed on your invoice, please contact your distributor for assistance.

This promotion starts September 8, 2026, and runs through November 30, 2026. The online rebate submission form must be submitted within 30 days of your purchase date, and this period will close at 11:59 CST on December 30, 2026.

No. The rebate cannot be applied at the time of purchase. To receive your reward, you must complete the online rebate submission process and receive approval. Approved rebates will be issued as a digital rebate gift card.

Yes. The digital rebate gift card expires five (5) years after it is issued. Please note that the issuance date is generally two to three business days before you receive the digital gift card by email.

Rules and Regulations

Offer available through authorized Thermo-Tech Premium Windows and Doors distributors only. Qualifying purchases must be made between September 8, 2026, and November 30, 2026 (11:59pm CST).  Eligible purchases may qualify for a rebate in the form of a digital visa gift card (the ‘rebate’) by purchasing qualifying product purchases (as detailed below) and satisfying all promotion requirements described below. Rebate(s) will be issued via email approximately 9-12 weeks after a rebate submission has been received, verified, and approved. Thermo-Tech makes no representations regarding any tax consequences associated with this offer. Participants are solely responsible for any applicable taxes and should consult a qualified tax advisor regarding their individual circumstances. Rebates are available for the following qualifying products and/or combinations of qualifying products.

To qualify for the rebate, a purchase must include at least eight (8) total units of the following:

Qualifying products: Thermo-Fit Custom-Size Windows, Classic Series Windows, and Slim Line Sliding Patio Doors.

Eligible window styles include: double hung, single hung, slider, casement, fixed casement with direct-set windows/transoms, awning, picture (w/flanking units), bay, bow, cottage/oriel, picture, and architectural shapes.

The Rebate Offer:
$100 Per Patio Door — Qualifying purchases are eligible for a $100 rebate for each qualifying Thermo-Tech Slim Line sliding patio door they purchase. Patio doors with multiple panels count as one (1) patio door.

$30 Per Thermo-Fit or Classic Series Window — Qualifying purchasers are eligible for a $30 rebate for each qualifying window in the Thermo-Fit and Classic Series collections. Mulled windows count as individual units.

Only homeowners and/or contractors are eligible for this rebate. Dealers, distributors, and commercial businesses are not eligible for this rebate. See your local Thermo-Tech sales professional for pricing on qualifying products—prices vary by location. This rebate offer is not extended to dealers, distributors, or commercial businesses.

To redeem the rebate, an eligible purchaser must complete an online rebate submission form (including proof of purchase made between September 8, 2026, and November 30, 2026, at https://www.cornerstonebuildingbrands.com/customer-solutions/windows-doors/thermo-tech-confidence-rebate. Online rebate submissions must be completed no later than 30 days post-purchase, and the online rebate submission period will end 11:59pm CST on December 30, 2026. Late or incomplete submissions will not be accepted. Thermo-Tech is a brand owned by Cornerstone Building Brands, Inc. (including its subsidiaries and affiliates, collectively, “Cornerstone”). Cornerstone will not be responsible for lost, late, illegible, incomplete, mutilated, delayed, duplicate, altered or misdirected submissions. Cornerstone reserves the right to audit accounts for compliance as well as participant’s purchase of product(s) and submittal of online redemption form and to disqualify participants engaging in deceptive or fraudulent submission practices. If you have not received confirmation of your rebate claim submission within thirty (30) days of submitting the online rebate form, please email rebates@cornerstone-bb-support.com. Submission updates will only be accepted for thirty (30) days after November 30, 2026, but in no event after December 30, 2026.

If qualifying products are returned, cancelled, refunded, or credited, Cornerstone reserves the right to revoke, deny, recover, or offset any rebate amount associated with such products. Cornerstone reserves the right to request additional documentation to verify purchase eligibility, product qualification, ownership, shipment status, or compliance with these terms. Rebate void where prohibited or restricted by law. By participating, you agree to all terms and conditions of the rebate. All decisions regarding the interpretation of the rebate rules lie solely with Cornerstone, whose decision(s) is/are final and binding.
