Rules and Regulations

This rebate is available only for homeowners who purchase through authorized SoftLite dealers. Purchase must be made between July 1, 2026, and September 4, 2026 (11:59pm CST). Qualifying product purchases (as detailed below) will entitle eligible purchasers to a digital Rebates are available for the following products and/or combinations of products:

  • SoftLite Imperial Elite or Elements vinyl windows — eligible styles: double hung, sliding, picture, casement, awning, hopper, bay/bow, and specialty shapes

Purchasers may submit as many qualifying orders for this rebate as they so choose; the rebate will be given as one (1) digital card per verified order of qualified products.

Rebates will be emailed to eligible purchasers meeting the offer criteria within nine (9) to twelve (12) weeks after SoftLite receives and verifies the rebate submission. All digital rebate cards will expire five years after their issuance dates, approximately two to three business days before the customer receives the digital card via email.

To redeem the rebate, an eligible purchaser must complete an online rebate submission form (including a fully invoiced quote made between July 1, 2026, and September 4, 2026, at [promo page in dev]. Online rebate submissions must be completed no later than 11:59pm CST on October 2, 2026. Late or incomplete submissions will not be accepted.
